    Sore Throat Remedy

    Ingredients:

    3 inch of ginger (sliced or cut)
    1 fresh squeezed lemon
    2 large apples (preferable Fuji or Granny Smith)

    Benefits:

    This drink will alleviate a sore throat. Drink up to 4 times daily when sick. Ginger helps in creating warmth in the upper respiratory tract and thus, is quite supportive in the treatment of cold and flu.
